Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned for exchange. Unfortunatley we do not offer refunds. 

1. Please email Penelope@akadancewear.com.au or call 0402129607.
2. For Manufacture faults mail your returned item to:
     A.K.A Dancewear
     Returns Department 
     Shop 1/2 Flinders Road
     North Ryde, NSW, 2113 
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. 

Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for exchange. 

Exchanges
If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color.
